Hey guys, back to back posts. I had this in mind for quite some time now, with the Black Ops 3 version coming close to launch and with price so high I can currently only dream of it, or maybe pirate it(hehe). You might be thinking, why 4 and not 5? Just so you know, I got lazy. So let's get into it! BTW, I'll also be doing a PES 2016 review probably tomorrow or the day after that and also a top 3 pes games list. Stay tuned.
4. CoD Black Ops
4. CoD Black Ops
The game had one of the best campaign modes(except that helicopter mission) and brilliant online modes, too. The game took us through the 1960's Cold War and also had great weapons and a gripping storyline. The default gun of Mason was brilliant, hardly any recoil, lots of ammo and cute sound! Yummy. Anyways, on a serious note, Mason himself was brilliant, interacting with JFK(eventually killing him) and Fidel Castro. Also, Mr. McNamara. The map, Nuketown, available in the online game mode was pure brilliance.
3. CoD Modern Warfare 2
The game, to be fair, wasn't a big step forward from the already hit, gameplay of the previous two games. The previous games had almost got it in terms of the gameplay, enjoyability and online matchmaking and stuff. So the game built on the foundation of...what was it...MW1, yeah-dumb of me- and carried forward the majority of the engine and other things while also making some crucial changes that completely transformed the game and made it so lovable and admirable. That's subtle of me, hehe. But, then there was the Undercover mission- murder civilians, which effectively renders my previous couple of lines useless. It was just bad, plain bad. People who played the mission still remember it and will surely continue to remember it for some time to come.
The game's story twist was amusing too, with the General, Shephard his name, murdering our Mr. Roach and Ghost(silly names!) before we knifed him in the face! Take that, bruh! Another major thing was the addition of Special Ops mode,
2. CoD Black Ops 2
The game was a massive hit with massive changes being made by the devs. The storyline was set in 2025 as well as the 1980s along with different endings for the decisions you made. which made the game story actually a lot more interesting as users would play through the storyline a couple of times to get a different ending. The villian, what was his name now, Raul, right? He was an interesting character. A true villian, someone you could look up to. He was twisted, admitted by everyone who played the game and the first of his kind in the CoD series.
Ahh, Nuketown, again! Hell yeah! That's enough, do we need to talk any further? For the sake of the article, yes. There were also a couple of new modes such as Strike Force introduced which kept the users engaged.
Finally, my favorite game, the one I've been playing for 5 years and am starting to get tired of-
1. CoD Modern Warfare!
This was the game that defined it all, the Call of Duty series and how a fps game should be(sorry Battlefield). It has etched a place in the heart of the series lover's forever with great gameplay and brilliant, absolutely brilliant multiplayer mode, which although lacks a few features which we see now that would've surely made it more fun, the mode that showed how it was done.
The game became a turning point in the history of video gaming with the pace of the story of the game absolutely perfect and the shooting ever so satisfying. Oh! I can't list out a single negative in the game, although, Al-Asad seemed generic to me. The turning points in the game were the nuke explosion and the final scene of shooting the baddie.
Headshot!
Tell me whether you guys liked the list or not and do follow me, comment as these boost my morale! Also, gimme suggestions! Willing to do a lot for the happiness of my viewers! Thanks!
